Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary + Commission
On-Target Earnings:
$60,000 — $110,000 (Uncapped Commission) If you’re a

Job Description: About the Role The
Field Solutions Advisor
is a consultative, in-home sales professional responsible for diagnosing homeowner needs and recommending high-value pest, rodent, and termite solutions.
This role focuses on
building trust with homeowners, identifying problems, and recommending the right solutions . Service delivery is performed by our operations team, allowing advisors to focus on the
customer conversation, solution design, and closing the sale . Advisors work a mix of
qualified leads and self-generated opportunities , giving high performers the ability to maximize their earning potential.
What We’re Looking For
Strong consultative sales and closing skills
Ability to build trust quickly with customers
Experience in outside sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales preferred
Experience in pest control, HVAC, roofing, solar, restoration, or home services is highly valued
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
