Description The Field Solutions Advisor is a consultative, in-home sales professional responsible for diagnosing homeowner needs and recommending high-value pest, rodent, and termite solutions. This role leads the customer conversation from discovery through close, delivering accurate recommendations and ensuring a seamless handoff to service fulfillment teams.

Blending professional sales capability with technical knowledge, the Field Solutions Advisor builds trust with homeowners while driving revenue and enhancing the overall customer experience. Service delivery is performed by operations; this role focuses on solution design, customer education, and sales execution.

Requirements

Conduct on-site inspections and diagnostics to evaluate homeowner needs

Identify root causes and risk factors impacting the property

Lead structured discovery conversations to understand customer concerns

Educate homeowners on risks, prevention strategies, and solution options

Recommend and confidently close appropriate services

Accurately scope work and document details in company systems

Coordinate seamless handoffs to customer service and field technicians

Maintain required technical certifications and stay current on solution knowledge

Follow structured sales processes and documentation standards

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Frequent local travel within an assigned territory

Ability to walk properties and access areas such as crawl spaces or attics when needed for inspections

Prolonged periods of driving, standing, and walking

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of sales, consultative, or customer-facing experience

Preferred

In-home consultative sales experience

Experience within home services (pest control, HVAC, roofing, restoration, etc.)

Prior experience using CRM platforms
