Outbound Outreach Specialist (Healthcare / PBM)
We’re seeking an experienced Outbound Outreach Specialist to support a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) client. This is a high‑volume, outbound calling role focused on contacting provider offices to collect clinical and administrative information required for medication review and authorization.
What You’ll Do
Make
10+ outbound calls per hour
to physician and provider offices
Request and collect clinical details, diagnoses, medication information, and supporting documentation
Clearly explain the purpose of outreach and required PBM information
Accurately document all call outcomes in internal systems
Perform heavy data entry while meeting quality and productivity metrics
Follow established scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines
What We’re Looking For
1–5+ years of experience in
healthcare, PBM, insurance, or provider‑facing roles
Strong background in
high‑volume outbound phone work
Experience communicating with
provider offices or medical staff
Strong verbal communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Nice to Have Compensation: $19-23/hour (depending on years of experience) This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, phone‑based outreach, and supporting healthcare authorization workflows.
