Authority Growth & Social Channel Strategist Location:

Remote (California Preferred)

Compensation:

$75,000–$95,000 Base + Performance Bonus

As we scale toward a $13M–$17M growth trajectory, we are expanding our Authority & Demand Engine and elevating our digital presence across all major platforms. This role is central to that mission.

This Is Not a Social Media Posting Role We are not hiring someone to “manage content.” We are hiring a high‑performance Authority Growth & Social Channel Strategist who understands:

The attention economy

Executive‑level brand positioning

Demand generation through organic channels

Strategic channel growth with measurable outcomes

LinkedIn (primary authority emphasis)

Your mandate is not follower growth alone. Your mandate is:

Authority positioning

Community development

Engagement acceleration

Qualified demand generation

Brand elevation at scale

12‑Month Success Metrics You will be evaluated on:

Consistent month‑over‑month engagement rate growth across all active platforms

Measurable growth in qualified inbound interest originating from social

Demonstrated contribution of social media to Strategy Session demand

Growth across all social channels, with a strategic emphasis on LinkedIn authority positioning

Increased executive‑level brand visibility in the CEO scaling conversation

Organic performance must translate into strategic business impact.

Core Responsibilities 1. Full Channel Ownership & Management You will fully own and manage:

Instagram (Reels, carousels, engagement strategy)

TikTok (short‑form authority content)

YouTube Shorts (repurposed executive content)

LinkedIn (founder authority + corporate presence)

This includes:

Publishing cadence and consistency

Platform‑specific caption writing and calls to action

Hashtag and discoverability strategy

Scheduling and formatting

Comment and DM management

Performance tracking and reporting

You are accountable for both discipline and growth velocity.

2. Growth Strategy Across All Platforms (With Emphasis on LinkedIn Authority)

While LinkedIn is a key authority channel, growth expectations apply across all social platforms. You will:

Architect a cross‑platform growth strategy

Elevate LinkedIn thought‑leadership dominance

Translate SCALEit insights into short‑form authority narratives

Develop platform‑native storytelling

Align content with major campaigns and brand initiatives

Growth must be intentional, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.

3. Short‑Form Video & Attention Strategy

Lead hook development and retention optimization

Collaborate with Creative Director and video team

Convert long‑form content into optimized short‑form assets

Identify trends without compromising executive brand integrity

Understand the mechanics of organic reach and authority‑building simultaneously

You must balance velocity with brand composure.

4. Community Engagement & High‑Touch Interaction Our audience is composed of sophisticated CEOs and founders. You will:

Personally manage comment replies and high‑value DMs

Maintain a professional, intelligent, and authoritative tone

Identify high‑intent prospects and route appropriately

Protect and amplify the PGN brand voice

This is relationship‑driven engagement — not automated interaction.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Revenue Feedback Loop

Weekly reporting on platform growth and engagement trends

Month‑over‑month engagement analysisIdentification of content influencing qualified lead generation

Coordination with paid media to amplify high‑performing organic assets

Regular reporting to Executive Marketing leadership

Organic must support demand generation.

Channel Management Expertise

Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

Experience managing consistent publishing cadences

Strong platform‑specific optimization skills

Command of short‑form video editing tools

Data‑Driven Mindset You:

Build hypotheses

Optimize based on measurable outcomes

Comfortable interfacing with Founder and CMO

Compensation & Performance Structure Base Salary:

$75,000–$95,000

Final compensation will be determined by:

Strategic and operational depth

Platforms & Technical Proficiency This role requires operational excellence across our core marketing systems and creative tools. You must be highly proficient and comfortable working inside the following platforms:

Ability to create polished social graphics when needed

Content scheduling and publishing across multiple channels

Caption management and previewing

Maintaining a minimum 2–3 week content runway

Added Value / Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following experience is strongly preferred:

Adobe Creative Suite

Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator

Ability to collaborate effectively with high‑level creative teams

Light editing capability when necessary

Graphic Design Skills

Video Editing Skills

Comfort editing short‑form vertical video

Understanding of pacing, retention hooks, caption overlays, and platform‑native formatting

Ability to convert raw footage into organic‑ready and paid‑ready assets

We operate in a structured, high‑performance marketing environment. You must be comfortable working within systems, meeting deadlines, and collaborating across creative, paid media, and executive leadership teams.
