Core Responsibilities 1. Full Channel Ownership & Management You will fully own and manage:
Instagram (Reels, carousels, engagement strategy)
TikTok (short‑form authority content)
YouTube Shorts (repurposed executive content)
LinkedIn (founder authority + corporate presence)
This includes:
Publishing cadence and consistency
Platform‑specific caption writing and calls to action
Hashtag and discoverability strategy
Scheduling and formatting
Comment and DM management
Performance tracking and reporting
You are accountable for both discipline and growth velocity.
2. Growth Strategy Across All Platforms (With Emphasis on LinkedIn Authority)
While LinkedIn is a key authority channel, growth expectations apply across all social platforms. You will:
Architect a cross‑platform growth strategy
Elevate LinkedIn thought‑leadership dominance
Translate SCALEit insights into short‑form authority narratives
Develop platform‑native storytelling
Align content with major campaigns and brand initiatives
Growth must be intentional, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
3. Short‑Form Video & Attention Strategy
Lead hook development and retention optimization
Collaborate with Creative Director and video team
Convert long‑form content into optimized short‑form assets
Identify trends without compromising executive brand integrity
Understand the mechanics of organic reach and authority‑building simultaneously
You must balance velocity with brand composure.
4. Community Engagement & High‑Touch Interaction Our audience is composed of sophisticated CEOs and founders. You will:
Personally manage comment replies and high‑value DMs
Maintain a professional, intelligent, and authoritative tone
Identify high‑intent prospects and route appropriately
Protect and amplify the PGN brand voice
This is relationship‑driven engagement — not automated interaction.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Revenue Feedback Loop
Weekly reporting on platform growth and engagement trends
Month‑over‑month engagement analysisIdentification of content influencing qualified lead generation
