Job Summary

Lorhan Corporation Inc. is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will help identify, onboard, and manage IT consultants while maintaining strong relationships with existing employees and referral networks. This role is ideal for someone who understands US IT staffing, visa categories such as OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work authorizations, and is interested in growing into sales and account management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates for various IT roles using Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

Coordinate candidate submissions and interview schedule.

Visa & Candidate Onboarding

Assist in onboarding candidates with various work authorizations including OPT, CPT, H1B, and other visa categories

Work with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance

Guide candidates through the onboarding process and ensure smooth placements

Employee Engagement & Referrals

Maintain regular communication with existing employees and consultants

Generate candidate pipelines through employee referral programs

Build long-term relationships with consultants and track their availability for new opportunities

Business Development Support

Assist in maintaining candidate pipelines for active client requirements

Support recruiting and sales teams by identifying potential candidates quicklyCollaborate with the team to improve recruitment strategies and hiring turnaround times

Required Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in IT recruiting or talent acquisition

Understanding of US work visa categories (OPT, CPT, H1B, etc.)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple candidates and requirements simultaneously

Familiarity with job portals such as Dice and LinkedIn

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in both recruiting and sales within the IT staffing industry

Experience working with employee referral programs

Knowledge of technical roles such as Java, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering
