The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing wholesale and retail pricing strategies across multiple sports leagues, channels of business, and retail accounts. This role plays a critical part in driving profitable growth by analyzing costs, market trends, and competitive pricing to ensure pricing decisions align with company margin goals, brand positioning, and customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain pricing structures for wholesale and retail channels across multiple sports leagues and customer segments
Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability to support pricing recommendations and business decisions
Monitor industry pricing trends, competitor pricing, and market dynamics to ensure competitive and profitable positioning
Build pricing models and financial analyses to evaluate pricing scenarios, promotions, and new product launches
Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives
Support account-specific pricing, negotiations, and margin targets for key retail partners
Track pricing performance and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for margin improvement
Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across systems, price lists, and customer-facing materials
Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership to support strategic decision-making
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
Strong data analysis and statistical modeling skills
Solid financial acumen, including cost analysis, margin management, and profitability assessment
Experience with pricing strategy across wholesale and retail environments
Advanced excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, financial models)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
