What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the design and implementation of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301:2019
Facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) interviews and consolidate findings into a cross-departmental risk register
Develop IT Disaster Recovery Plans and various BC-related documents
Design and facilitate tabletop exercises, producing actionable post-exercise reports
Conduct internal audits of the BCMS and deliver a Certification Readiness Assessment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or related roles
Proven experience implementing or maturing BCMS programs in regulated environments
Strong written communication skills for policy, plan, and report authoring
Experience facilitating Business Impact Analysis across multiple departments
Stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 31000, HITRUST CSF, HIPAA, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
Relevant certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional)
