This role is fully onsite in Downtown Miami. Responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including responding to inquiries, following up on leads, presenting service offerings, and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle, qualifying leads, presenting services, and closing agreements

Maintain and expand client relationships to support renewals and business growth

Meet regularly with clients to understand needs and ensure service expectations are exceeded

Foster a positive client experience that encourages long-term partnerships and retention

Lead, support, and motivate team members to achieve high performance

Ensure operational standards and quality expectations are consistently met

Qualifications

A minimum of 6 years of sales management experience (real estate or hospitality industry experience is preferred)
