We are seeking a
Marketing Communications Assistant
to drive in-person client engagement and increase brand awareness through direct, face-to-face interactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, presenting to audiences, and representing a brand at live events and activations.
As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you will be the on-site voice of our clients, connecting with consumers, delivering presentations, and supporting marketing campaigns in the field. Your efforts will help grow brand recognition and foster long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
on-site support
for marketing campaigns, especially in new markets where client services are being introduced.
Conduct
consumer presentations and demonstrations
to showcase key services and benefits, aiming to increase market share.
Drive brand awareness and strengthen client strategy through
direct, face-to-face marketing impact .
Track campaign results on a
daily and weekly basis , consulting with the Sales & Marketing Director to optimize performance.
Demonstrate accountability and
drive results
as a trusted on-site brand expert.
Proactively identify and create
sales opportunities
through personal engagement.
Implement tactical marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Specialist and Director of Sales & Marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers during live events.
Collect and manage
consumer data
gathered from in-person interactions.
