We are seeking a motivated
Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Assistant
to support our outreach and fundraising campaigns in the
Pleasanton area . In this role, you will use your energetic personality and strong communication skills to engage audiences, promote charitable initiatives, and help increase community awareness and donations for our nonprofit partners.
The Promotional Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to help coordinate events, assist with promotional campaigns, and handle various marketing, advertising, administrative, and sales-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute
promotional marketing events
designed to boost awareness and increase donations for nonprofit partners
Set up
event displays, promotional booths, and branded visual merchandising
for community events and campaigns
Support the creation and distribution of
marketing materials, promotional content, and event assets
Participate in
community fundraising activities
and donor engagement efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with
local businesses, marketing partners, clients, and stakeholders
Assist the marketing team with
campaign coordination, event logistics, and promotional outreach
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
preferred
1–2 years of experience in
marketing, promotional events, sales, advertising, or customer-facing roles
Internships or previous entry-level marketing experience
will also be considered
