Community Outreach Representative
to support
nonprofit fundraising campaigns and community engagement initiatives . This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in

As a
Community Outreach Representative , you will represent charitable organizations at community events, promote nonprofit programs, and help increase
public awareness, donor engagement, and fundraising support . You will work closely with the outreach and marketing team to coordinate campaigns and connect with community members.

Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit organizations at
community outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and promotional activities
Educate community members about

Assist in planning and executing
marketing campaigns, fundraising events, and community promotions
Set up and manage
event booths, promotional displays, and outreach materials
Build relationships with
local businesses, community partners, and campaign supporters
Track outreach activity and support
campaign reporting and administrative coordination
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to
improve event engagement and campaign performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field
preferred OR
1–2 years of experience in
community outreach, fundraising, marketing, customer service, sales, or event promotions

Internship experience in
marketing, nonprofit work, or event planning
Volunteer experience with
community organizations or fundraising campaigns
Entry-level experience in
brand promotions, public engagement, or customer-facing roles

Strong
organizational and time management skills

Ability to work
