Community Outreach Representative – Nonprofit Fundraising Campaign

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as
Community Outreach Representatives . In this role, you will engage with community members face‑to‑face, share information about important nonprofit initiatives, and help secure donations that support meaningful causes.
This is a
field‑based outreach position
where you’ll work with a supportive team to raise awareness and funding for impactful nonprofit campaigns.
No prior fundraising experience is required — we provide
full training, mentorship, and growth opportunities .
What You'll Do
Conduct
face‑to‑face outreach in local neighborhoods
to educate community members about nonprofit campaigns
Represent nonprofit partners in a
professional and positive manner
Share campaign goals, program impact, and ways for individuals to contribute
Inspire supporters to
make monthly or one‑time donations
Track outreach and supporter information using provided tools
Work collaboratively with a team to meet outreach and fundraising goals
What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with new people in a
door‑to‑door or community setting
Passion for nonprofit causes and community impact
Reliable, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Ability to work outdoors and walk for several hours per shift
Previous experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or outreach is a plus (but not required)
