We are seeking motivated individuals for an
Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative
position. This role focuses on community engagement, nonprofit outreach, and public-facing marketing activities. Team members engage with local communities to support nonprofit campaigns and outreach initiatives while helping raise awareness for programs and community-focused organizations. Paid training and mentorship are provided, and prior experience is not required. This is a field-based position suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with the public and participating in community events. Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit organizations and community initiatives during outreach activities Conduct face-to-face community engagement and public awareness efforts Provide information about programs, campaigns, and charitable initiatives Support volunteer outreach and community participation efforts Assist with event setup, registration, and on-site coordination Track outreach activities using basic reporting or CRM tools Collaborate with team members to support campaign and outreach initiatives Maintain a professional and approachable presence during public interactions Qualifications
Must be
18 years or older
and authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or GED required Interest in community outreach, nonprofit organizations, or public engagement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with people in public settings Reliable, organized, and able to work within a team environment Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, or special events when needed Coursework in
communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or business
may be helpful but is not required. Experience in
retail, customer service, hospitality, events, or other public-facing roles
may also be beneficial but is not required. Compensation & Benefits
