Position Overview We're seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our online presence and engage with our community. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves spirits, wine, and beer culture and knows how to translate that passion into compelling social media content.
Responsibilities
Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and other relevant platforms
Showcase new arrivals, staff picks, and seasonal promotions through photos, videos, and stories
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely, friendly manner
Collaborate with our team to highlight in-store events, tastings, and special offers
Monitor social media trends in the beverage industry and suggest creative campaigns
Track engagement metrics and provide regular reports on performance
Capture authentic behind-the-scenes content that showcases our store's personality and expertise
Qualifications
Experience managing social media accounts
Strong writing skills with attention to detail
Photography and basic video editing skills
Knowledge of and enthusiasm for wine, beer, and spirits (or eagerness to learn)
Must be 21 years or older
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between all four store locations (Sturbridge, Norwood, Attleboro & Swansea)
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and social media scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evening/weekend content creation

Flexible part-time hours (approximately 15-20 hours per week)
Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations
Hybrid work arrangement (part remote, part on-site filming at our four stores)
