
Talent Attraction Marketing Manager

As a Talent Attraction Marketing Manager at Spectrum, you will drive employer brand initiatives, oversee recruitment campaigns, and advise on talent marketing best practices, making a measurable impact on our hiring success. This is a client‑facing, hands‑on role requiring strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑paced hiring environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Recommend, execute, and track end‑to‑end recruitment marketing initiatives (digital, email, paid media, social) in partnership with agency teams to attract top talent to key segments
Analyze trends, monitor brand reputation, build reports, and executive‑ready summaries by turning insights into actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns, ROI, and processes
Advise recruiting and HR leadership on effective talent attraction methods for professional roles
Drive campaign performance and ensure effective budget allocation
Oversee digital touchpoints including the career site, employee testimonials, and email marketing to enhance the candidate experience
Identify new platforms for engagement, ensuring brand consistency and legal compliance across all assets
Partner with communications, HR, and recruiting teams to deliver successful talent attraction programs
Evaluate new vendors and tools to support the talent attraction roadmap
Partner with recruiters on recruitment marketing best practices

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
5+ years of professional marketing experience
1+ year of recruitment marketing experience
Skills
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe PDF
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of leveraging social media for recruitment
Ability to build partnerships with internal stakeholders
Skilled at using data to demonstrate ROI
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Success navigating fast‑paced, service‑oriented environments
Experience within a complex matrix organization
Preferred Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing
Experience
3+ years of recruitment marketing experience or similar digital marketing experience
Skills
Experience with advertising technologies like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Indeed Hosted Jobs
Experience with metrics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Talentegy
Experience with recruitment research tools like Talent Neuron and Indeed Hiring Insights
CRM, lead generation, and recruitment sourcing tool experience
