What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturer accounts in your territory
Conduct face-to-face consultations with new and existing customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate Finishing product solutions
Drive growth in your territory by developing existing relationships and acquiring new customers
Provide exceptional customer service, positioning yourself as a one-stop shop for clients
Maintain accurate reporting and information management using CRM applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
Technically-minded with experience or education in chemistry or science
Knowledge of wood coatings or powder/spray coatings is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage your own schedule and deliver results-driven activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Background in spray application finishing
Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
Passionate, proactive, and coachable with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
