What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers in your territory
Conduct face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers to understand their business needs
Drive growth through new customer acquisition and development of existing relationships
Analyze past buying patterns to strengthen supplier relationships and offer tailored solutions
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate reporting in the CRM application
What is Required (Qualifications)
Successful outside sales experience with wood panels, laminates, and boards, preferably in the kitchen and/or bath space
Strong work ethic and proactive approach with a passion for sales
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset

University degree preferred, but not required
Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills
Ability to effectively manage personal time and prioritize activities that drive results
