Program/Project Management Specialist II (Contract Actions)

We are seeking a Program/Project Management Specialist II (Contract Actions) as part of a bid process associated with TSA-ESVP. Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Fact Sheets, Program Guides, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), workflow documentation, and talkers. Ensure documents meet TSA formatting, clarity, quality, and approval requirements. Applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Providing activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements, and providing group facilitation, interviewing, and training. Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years experience with 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in general program/project management. Certified in Program/Project Management (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) Level II and above). BA/BS required. Compensation and Benefits
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $83,000 - $89,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels.
