About the Role At Moss Home Solutions, our Property Sales Agents are empowered with unparalleled resources and support to excel in the real estate market. Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and multiply investor relationships
Show and host 3+ open houses on a weekly basis
Negotiate and close deals with an investor-centric mindset
Analyze investment opportunities and drive growth
Qualifications
Sales experience, preferably in real estate
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and resourcefulness
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
