On-Site Leasing Real Estate Agent!
2+ On-site leasing experience is a MUST, along with 4+ years of rental transactions.
You would be joining our on-site leasing team in
*Greenpoint, Brooklyn*
at a brand new 500+ unit luxury waterfront rental building.
Must be able to work Sundays.
This is a great opportunity to make consistent income, while building your own business with our brokerage.
The Heller Organization is a full service real estate firm founded in 1997 offering brokerage services in BOTH Commercial and Residential assets. The company specializes in both the sale and rental of high-end residential condominiums, cooperative apartments and townhouses; as well as commercial leasing throughout the five boroughs. Our boutique size is a distinct advantage in a competitive real estate environment. Heller handles the leasing for 25+ residential projects comprising nearly 2,500 high‑end rental and condominium units, in addition to over 500,000+ SF of prime commercial space. The firm is currently working on several leasing projects throughout Manhattan (Exhibit at 29 Cliff, 40 Gold Street, 254 Front Street – all in Financial District, Chelsea Park at 260 West 26th Street, The Highline located in West Village, Brooklyn (202 8th Street in Gowanus), and Queens (Roosevelt Parc in Jackson Heights) + many more! The firm is actively involved throughout the pre‑development phase through the marketing, sales and leasing, and has additional developments in the pipeline.
