Senior Director, GTM Leader - NorCal We are seeking a Senior Director to lead Go‑To‑Market (GTM) sales across all industries for our NorCal market. This leader will be responsible for driving market revenue growth, scaling and leading a high‑performing sales team, and expanding Slalom’s presence with both new and existing clients. The Senior Director will hold accountability for overall sales performance across the NorCal market, oversee local marketing alignment, and carry a personal sales quota.

In this role, the Senior Director will bring together Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to accelerate GTM execution across the market. This leader will partner closely with capability leaders and client partners to activate business development, strengthen strategic client relationships, and drive coordinated market growth. The role combines hands‑on selling with market leadership—owning key client relationships while elevating overall sales performance across the NorCal market.

What You’ll Do

Lead the overall GTM sales strategy for Slalom’s NorCal market across industries

Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing team of sellers responsible for driving market growth

Drive revenue performance, pipeline development, and forecasting rigor across the NorCal market

Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities with new and existing clients

Partner with Client Partners, capability leaders, and market leadership to align sales strategy and priorities

Orchestrate pursuit strategies and deal teams to close complex, multi‑capability opportunities

Strengthen executive relationships with key clients and expand Slalom’s presence across the region

Coach and enable sellers and account teams to elevate sales effectiveness and client impact

Maintain a 20% personal utilization target

Contribute to market planning, growth strategy, and operational leadership of the NorCal business

What You’ll Bring

A passion for building and scaling sales organizations within a professional services or consulting environment

15+ years of experience leading complex enterprise sales efforts, preferably within a consulting or technology services firm

Proven experience leading and developing sales teams responsible for driving regional or market‑level growth

Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large, complex sales portfolios

Experience navigating large enterprise organizations and building trusted executive relationships

Demonstrated success leading complex pursuits and closing multi‑service consulting engagements

Ability to align cross‑functional teams around a shared growth strategy and bring integrated solutions to market

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a track record of driving results through teams

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Director is $221,000 to $322,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
