Why You Will Love this Job We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Global E‑Commerce Manager Aftermarket Parts to drive the success of our aftermarket parts business with distributors worldwide. This role will own the strategy and execution of our global Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform, ensuring that our distributors can easily search, select, and purchase spare parts and consumables online and it becomes the go‑to digital channel for distributors to manage their business with us. Bring deep expertise in B2B aftermarket commerce for manufacturing or industrial companies, with a proven ability to build distributor/customer‑centric digital experiences that drive revenue, reduce downtime for distributors and customers, and strengthen long‑term relationships. The successful Global E‑Commerce Manager Aftermarket Parts will not only optimize the e‑commerce platform but also act as the voice of the distributor, identifying their pain points, shaping digital solutions to address them, and ensuring the aftermarket e‑commerce channel strengthens partnerships and drives growth. Work mode: Remote. Location: US and Europe. Travel: 10% US and Europe.

Responsibilities

Distributor-Centric Commerce Development

Develop and execute a global parts‑commerce strategy tailored to the needs of distributors.

Build digital solutions that simplify distributor workflows (bulk orders, tiered pricing, credit management, shipping preferences).

Gather regular feedback from distributors to understand their challenges and translate them into platform improvements.

Serve as the main liaison between distributors and internal teams, ensuring their needs are addressed.
