Junior Product Manager To strengthen our team, we are looking for a versatile, high‑impact Junior Product Manager who thrives in fast‑moving environments. This is a pinch‑hitter position where you’ll work across consumer‑facing features, internal tooling, and partner‑facing experiences as the product and team take shape.
Tasks Early on the Junior Product Manager supports multiple product areas, learning how L1VE immersive experiences are built end‑to‑end. Over time, this role may evolve into a more specialized product ownership area based on company needs and individual strengths.
Requirements Consumer Product Support
Contribute to features across discovery, playback, onboarding & engagement
Help translate user needs into clear requirements & acceptance criteria
Partner with UX to test & iterate on experience flows
Internal Tools & Platforms
Support product definition for internal tools (e.g. CMS, event setup, moderation, analytics)
Gather feedback from content, production & ops teams to improve workflows
Help prioritize fixes & enhancements that reduce friction
L1VE Events & Launch Support
Assist with feature readiness for L1VE events & launches
Help track dependencies & surface risks ahead of go‑L1VE
Participate in post‑event reviews & synthesize learnings
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, UX, Content, Production, Commercial & Data
Help keep teams aligned by documenting decisions & next steps
Act as a connector across teams as priorities shift
Learning & Growth
Build product instincts by exposure to multiple domains early
Learn how product decisions are made in a L1VE, partner‑facing environment
Gradually take on ownership of defined product areas or initiatives
Benefits The salary for this position is between $65,000 - $115,000 USD per year (actual salary will be determined in part by experience and geographic location).
We’re based in lower Manhattan and Berlin. This role is hybrid. Specific in‑office days and/or travel will be discussed during the interview process with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that while we do not expect our hybrid policy to change, the number of required in‑office days may be adjusted over time.
