Seeking a highly capable and motivated Transaction Management & Accounting Advisory Manager to join the finance and product control organization. In this role, you will partner with deal structurers, traders, and senior management to oversee the accounting implementation of complex transactions and provide IFRS accounting advice across a range of products - with particular focus on commodities and credit markets. You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency throughout the transaction lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5-8 years of relevant professional experience in audit, technical accounting, or accounting advisory, ideally within a financial institution or Big 4 environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, particularly those governing financial instruments, derivatives, and revenue recognition.
Demonstrated experience with commodities or credit products, including understanding of valuation, pricing, and risk characteristics.
Proven ability to analyze complex structures and provide practical accounting and operational solutions.
