LHH is partnering with a well‑established, California‑based Legal firm to hire a

Digital Marketing Coordinator . This role supports firmwide social media and graphic design for business development initiatives by owning the full lifecycle of social media content—from concept and design through publishing, engagement, and performance analysis. To be a fit for this role you should bring at least 2 years of experience in Social Media/Graphic Design within the legal/professional services industries ideally.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on social media strategist who thinks strategically about social media while executing the graphic design, visual storytelling, and content delivery that bring campaigns to life. The role operates

and offers an hourly rate of

$35-$40 , depending on experience. There are robust benefits as well for employees.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated social media and visual content strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X

Execute daily publishing across social platforms in partnership with the social strategy lead.

Design graphics for organic and paid social, including carousels, infographics, and campaign assets.

Maintain and organize a centralized digital asset library.

Collaborate with video partners on motion graphics and video‑adjacent creative.

Ensure all creative aligns with established brand and visual standards.

Support multiple regional markets and occasional event activations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or visual content creation within a professional or corporate environment

Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; video or motion tools a plus)

Expert proficiency in Canva

Excellent written and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail

Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Experience in Legal or a regulated industry is a plus
