Someone with hands-on experience running paid social & search advertising campaigns
An expert with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
A data-driven mind that can turn analytics into actionable insights
Budget-savvy thinking to maximize every advertising dollar
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about new advertising tools and strategies
Proficiency with Google Analytics and similar measurement attribution tools
Skill in creating clear, compelling reports and presentations
E-commerce experience is a plus
Marketing-related degree preferred (but we value experience too!)

What You'll Do
Take the wheel on social media & paid advertising campaigns for a small portfolio of clients
Optimize campaign costs while maintaining (or improving!) performance
Develop paid social advertising strategies that align with business goals
Stay ahead of advertising trends and platform updates
Analyze data and prepare performance reports that tell the story behind the numbers
Work closely with our media team, creative team and third-party vendors
Set (and hit!) meaningful goals and KPIs for each campaign
Apply an innovative testing methodology to continuously improve campaigns
Required Experience
2-4 years of experience within an agency setting
Demonstrated proficiency with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads required. Experience with advertising platforms including LinkedIn Advertising, Snapchat, and TikTok preferred.
Experience setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns for various objectives
Understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques
Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and assist client conversations with confidence
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent performance results
Ability to work independently and manage own projects in a fast-paced environment, as well as collaborate with and support efforts of the larger team
Familiarity with paid social advertising metrics, measurement and KPIs
Working knowledge of budget management for digital campaigns
Experience collaborating with creative teams
Working hours at on Eastern Standard Time
