What you will do: As an Strategic Account Manager - Payor, this role will own and be responsible for expanding Quantiphi’s business named account in the Healthcare - Payor industry.
The Strategic Account Manager - Payor at Quantiphi will have the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of access to our senior management. This role will have direct responsibility for both the top‑line and bottom‑line performance of the Account.
Key Responsibilities of an Strategic Account Manager - Payor are: Executive Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders
Map and manage relationships across business, technology, and procurement leaders
Serve as a strategic advisor within the account
Industry & Client Expertise
Apply deep Healthcare -Payor industry knowledge
Understand client business models, challenges, and goals
Align AI solutions to deliver measurable Business Value
Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic accounts plans
Define and execute growth strategy within assigned accounts
Own overall account expansion roadmap
Business Development Ownership
Lead full Sales lifecycle from Discovery to SOW
Identify, develop new opportunities and drive new revenue streams
Expand existing engagements and bodies of work
Proactively introduce new ideas and solutions
Position cutting‑edge services aligned to client needs
Drive business performance improvements for clients
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with technology leaders and solution experts
Engage global delivery teams to ensure committed results
Align internal stakeholders to client strategy
Outcomes & Client Success
Focus on measurable business outcomes
Drive customer satisfaction
Ensure delivery excellence and long‑term partnership growth
Qualifications:
10+ years of enterprise services sales experience , leveraging a consultative, value‑based selling approach to drive complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements.
5+ years within Healthcare - Payor , with deep knowledge of industry trends, regulatory landscape, and digital transformation priorities.
Proven experience selling and managing Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning solutions
in complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated success leading
strategic, multi‑year account growth plans , including cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
Ability to
own and grow multiple Healthcare - Payor accounts simultaneously , balancing strategic expansion with delivery excellence.
Strong
C‑suite and senior stakeholder engagement skills , with executive presence and trusted advisor credibility.
Experience managing the
full contract lifecycle , including MSAs,
SoWs , pricing models, and commercial negotiations.
Proven ability to translate business challenges into measurable outcomes through
consultative, solution‑based services sales .
Experience working within or alongside a
top‑tier consulting or professional services firm , supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to collaborate across global Enablement and Delivery teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset — capable of
running accounts as a business , aligning revenue growth, delivery strategy, talent planning, and multi‑geo coordination.
Willingness to travel to the client site at least up to 50%
Preferred location: Providence, RI and surrounding areas
