Role Overview Our AWS Business Unit is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive our AI, data and migration professional services within AWS clients’ ecosystems, and has specialized expertise in the Manufacturing industry. This senior Sales individual contributor (IC) role, requires you to serve as a trusted advisor to Manufacturing Business and IT leaders, leveraging our AWS core capabilities around data, AI, Generative AI, migrations, modernization and packaged solutions to address complex operational challenges and unlock new business value.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in consultative selling to clients of AWS and/or to Azure, and GCP clients

Minimum of 10 years of experience selling Cloud and/ or AI, Data, and similar Technology services/solutions to Manufacturing industry

Proven ability to originate and close complex six- and seven-figure services engagements within F2000 accounts

Strong record of C-level relationships, with the ability to influence senior manufacturing stakeholders and build credibility as a strategic partner in highly competitive environments

Lead full lifecycle of AI projects including solution design, scoping, estimation, pricing, and SoW signature

Excellent understanding of modern manufacturing IT architectures, technology strategy, and digital transformation programs specific to this industry

"Ownership mindset" with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach to solving manufacturing industry challenges.

Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to navigate and collaborate with Quantiphi's Enablement functions and Delivery Tech teams across the globe.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Travel to client sites, manufacturing industry and AWS conferences, plus other related events as required - up to 50%

Other Qualifications (OQs)

Experience working for/in a top tier technology Professional Services firm

Familiarity with manufacturing specific AI applications like predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection

Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, GPT models) and cloud-based AI solutions (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)

Background in data science or machine learning engineering

Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and data privacy regulations

Experience working for/in a top tier consulting services firm

Experience in selling and/or managing Data / Platform / Analytics / AI /ML type solutions

Experience in managing contractual lifecycles including negotiating MSAs, SoWs and commercial constructs
