Aurora Tech Solutions is looking for a high-energy, results-driven
Account Executive
to join our expanding Sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals that drive our company’s growth. If you are a persuasive communicator with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for solving client problems, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email campaigns.
Pipeline Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Client Consultations:
Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging and target specific industry verticals.
CRM Maintenance:
Accurately track all sales activities and forecasts within
Salesforce .
Market Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of proven success in B2B sales (SaaS or Tech industry experience is a major plus).
Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and "closing" abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Sales Intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Outreach).
Attributes:
High resilience, self-motivated, and a team-player attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$55,000 – $70,000 Base Salary
+ Uncapped Commission ( OTE: $110,000+ ).
