Glass America is currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to build a career with a national leader in auto glass repair and replacement.
This role offers
great hourly pay plus monthly commission , a consistent schedule, and
full benefits starting on day one .
Schedule
Full-Time
4 weekdays:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday:
7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation $18.00 per hour + monthly commission (when eligible)
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers and provide outstanding customer service
Provide quotes and recommendations based on the customer’s needs
Explain Glass America’s products, services, and
lifetime workmanship warranty
Follow a structured process to provide quotes for competitively priced repair and installation services
Book appointments and process orders with urgency and accuracy
Record customer interactions, sales information, and updates within company systems
Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Conduct follow-up communication on unsold estimates to help convert opportunities into sales
Qualifications We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers and delivering great service.
Customer service, call center, care center, or sales experience (preferred but not required)
Comfortable working with computers and multiple software systems
Strong data entry and typing skills
Problem-solving ability, including handling customer concerns or competitive inquiries
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on the phone or computer
Bilingual skills are a plus
