The role provides a high level of customer service by assisting internal and external customers, primarily face‑to‑face, and supporting branch and rental needs. The position is located at 600 E Expressway 83, Pharr, TX 78577 and pays $16/hr.

Monday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Responsibilities
Take incoming calls (reservations, rate quotes, general questions) and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and vendors.
Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable and miscellaneous assignments.
Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers in person and over the phone.
Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Provide directions and general assistance.
Assess the condition of a rental vehicle upon return.
Process returns, check‑ins and exit kiosk transactions.
Market the company while picking up or dropping off customers safely and courteously.
Explain rental terms, vehicle features and other services.
Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and additional equipment.
Notify management of any known vehicle problems or required maintenance.
Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or using washing equipment as needed.
Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, report generation, maintenance supply, and customer billing.
Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or hospitality.
Valid driver license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
No drug or alcohol‑related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
