Pay:
$17.00 – $23.00/hour (DOE) Schedule:
Full-Time
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (6 weeks)
Post-Training Schedule (assigned shift):
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
or
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers, providing support related to product applications, design, pricing, and lead times. This role is responsible for order processing, tracking, invoicing, and resolving customer concerns while ensuring a high level of accuracy and service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and lead times
Enter and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
Track order status and provide timely updates to customers
Process invoices, credits, and resolve billing discrepancies
Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–3 years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Technical or mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand product specifications
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Familiarity with industrial equipment or manufacturing environments
