Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Listing Coordinator located in Kansas City, MO. The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the listing process from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating all listing activities, working closely with clients and agents to ensure a seamless experience, maintaining property records on Multiple Listing Service (MLS), scheduling showings, and assisting with property marketing strategies. The Listing Coordinator will also provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, managing schedules, and ensuring an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to manage client relations and collaborate effectively with team members.
Proficiency in utilizing Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to manage property listings and maintain real estate records accurately.
Experience or knowledge in real estate and residential real estate to understand industry practices and processes.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic technical proficiency in tools and platforms commonly used in real estate operations is a plus.
Familiarity with the Kansas City Metro housing market is an advantage.
