Role Overview
As a Daily Property Adjuster, you will inspect residential losses, document damages, and submit well-organized claim files while maintaining clear and professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners. Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses Evaluate damages related to spring storms, wind, hail, water intrusion, and other covered events Capture detailed photos, measurements, and field documentation Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance partners Manage claim files from inspection through final submission Qualifications
Active Maryland adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license
Working knowledge of Xactimate or Symbility estimating platforms preferred
Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard field inspection equipment
Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet reporting timelines
