Design and create end-user products including eLearning, guides, and videos (50% of time)
Develop and deliver individual and group instruction with sensitivity to differing learning styles (45% of time)
Perform other duties as assigned (5% of time)

Position Summary The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES) seeks a dynamic and innovative professional to provide statewide support for the University of Georgia Extension instructional design for digital delivery of content for employees. The Office of Learning and Organizational Development (OLOD) for Extension is seeking a
Student Worker
to perform the following functions:
Serve on project teams in designing and implementing solutions that align closely with teaching, learning, and administrative goals
Design and create end-user products including eLearning, guides, and videos
Perform other duties as assigned.
The student worker will report to the Staff and Organizational Development Specialist.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position
Current UGA student pursuing a
graduate
degree
Ability to work with Extension professionals to design new and revise current online courses
Organized self-starter willing to work independently
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in collaboration with and build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders including: instructors, participants, IT staff, and administrators.
Demonstrated ability to integrate and apply current issues and best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Completed coursework in instructional design
Completed instructional design projects
Experience using Articulate software
Experience using Canvas platform
Experience using Moodle platform
Physical Demands Ability to sit for long periods of time.
