
Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator provides day‑to‑day marketing support for the company and serves as a primary resource for internal teams. This role focuses on executing marketing materials, maintaining digital platforms, and supporting sales and internal communications.
What You’ll Do
Provide daily marketing support to internal teams
Assist with execution of brand campaigns and marketing materials
Manage and update the company website and social media accounts
Support the Sales team with CRM assistance and creation of presentations, proposals, and customer materials
Maintain marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and alignment with current offerings
Coordinate work with outside vendors for printing, digital services, and promotional items
Use AI tools to assist with content creation, process support, and basic data review
Ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales materials
Track marketing activities and assist with basic reporting
Support digital marketing efforts such as SEO, paid ads, and social media
Assist with internal communications and announcements as needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in marketing or communications strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
