What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop strategic proposals in response to RFPs for clients and prospects
Collaborate with corporate and sales business partners to create compelling proposals
Manage multiple concurrent RFPs while coordinating with various divisions
Write and edit content for proposals to ensure compliance and market alignment
Evaluate RFP requirements and utilize client‑required systems effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications work, particularly in proposal writing
Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in word processing and desktop publishing applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated ability to enhance communication projects through creative ideas
Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills to foster cooperation among business partners
Familiarity with flowcharts and spreadsheet applications
