Landscape Sales/Project Manager Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding landscape team! We are a thriving company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Landscape Sales/Project Manager who will bring in new business and handle customer relationships with builders and homeowners as well as initially guiding the crews on the vision. We value our employees and offer a competitive salary of $50,000 to $75,000 ++ with sales bonus included. Two weeks of vacation is accrued. Three weeks after 5 years.

Position Overview We are looking for a high-energy Landscape Sales & Project Manager who can bridge the gap between a client’s dream and a crew’s execution. This isn't just a "sales" job; it is an ownership role. You will be the face of the company for homeowners and builders, responsible for identifying opportunities, designing high-end solutions, and ensuring the final installation matches the promised vision.

Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Generation & Design (The "Sale")
Consultative Selling:
Proactively reach out to homeowners and builders to build a pipeline of high-end design-build and maintenance contracts. We advertize constantly to have a flow of opportunities, however many opportunities exist by being proactive and meeting new clients and property managers.
The Vision:
Help generate a rendering "when needed" to "wow" the client and clearly communicate the project's value.
Closing:
Lead on-site meetings, handle all client communications, and navigate the "yes" for projects ranging from $2,500 to $150,000.
Portfolio Growth:
Identify enhancement opportunities within our existing client base to maximize property potential and revenue.
2. Project Leadership & Execution (The "Build")
Field Kick-offs:
Create simple descripttion utilizing our software to share the sales vision into actionable steps. You ensure the "spirit" of the design isn't lost in translation. Periodically you will need to go to the site and share the vision of the job with the crew.
Quality Control:
Ensure that the crews understand the level of expectation based on your vision as well as the customers.
Material Strategy:
Create a very descripting list of products needed for the build in the quote.
Client Concierge:
Serve as the primary point of contact during the installation, providing regular status updates and resolving issues before they become "problems."
3. Financial & Administrative Mastery (The "Business")
Precision Estimating:
Produce accurate takeoffs and bids that protect company gross margins and meet profit goals.
Performance Tracking:
Fill out the provided paperwork weekly recording your weekly progress and success reaching the KPI goals.
CRM Management:
Keep the sales pipeline and client records meticulously updated to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Follow up daily on recent and past sales to try to close them
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
3–5 years in landscape sales, or horticultural management.
Horticultural IQ:
Strong knowledge of Florida-friendly plants, turf types, and landscape construction standards.
Technical Literacy:
Proficient in CRM software, estimation tools (e.g., LMN, Aspire), and MS Office. Ability to read and interpret site plans. We can teack some of tis. We use LMN. You will need to be very computer literate.
Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or a related field is not necessary but a a major plus.
The "Must-Haves":
A valid driver’s license, a clean professional appearance, and the physical ability to walk job sites in the Florida heat.Computer literacy and experience.
Compensation
We offer a base salary and commission. 5 paid holidays and 5 days vacation. Salary based on experience.
