Field Sales Specialist (Bilingual Spanish/English)

A global manufacturer in the
construction tools industry
is looking for a
bilingual (Spanish/English) Jobsite Specialist
to support contractors and distributor partners across the Las Vegas market.
This is an
entry-level opportunity
with career advancement opportunities, and is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, and learning the construction industry. You’ll spend your time visiting jobsites, demonstrating tools, and helping contractors and dealers understand how the products work.
If you enjoy hands-on work, talking with people, and building relationships, this role can be a
great starting point for a career in construction sales.
What You’ll Do
Visit construction jobsites and introduce tools to contractors
Demonstrate products and answer contractor questions
Support local distributors and dealer locations
Help set up product displays and promotional materials
Attend open houses, contractor events, and trade shows
Track jobsite visits and customer interactions in CRM
Most of your time will be spent
in the field meeting contractors and visiting jobsites.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly and comfortable talking with contractors and crews
Self-motivated and dependable
Organized and willing to learn new products and tools
Comfortable working in a field environment and visiting jobsites
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Helpful backgrounds include:
Building materials or tool sales
Industrial distribution or equipment rental
Customer service in construction-related industries
Recent graduates interested in construction or sales careers
Bonus:
Up to $6,000 annually
