At Road Dog Logistics, we are looking for experienced account managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining and growing their account. “Cradle to the grave.” We will provide all resources needed to assist in your growth. Our company is comprised of veteran brokers who have prior success working in logistics. Our top brokers make over 300k a year, with average earners bringing in 150k. About the Role
Not only would you be obtaining new customers, but managing their accounts with the highest level of service, handling customer-related issues and inquiries, and originating the necessary documentation for freight bills. You will be salaried for a predetermined amount of time in which we expect a seasoned broker to transition into a commissioned-based role. Because of this, we offer a high percentage payout to our team. Responsibilities
Prospect new and old customers Brokerage freight and supervise your account Be responsible for customer acquisitions Develop and increase relationships with existing and newly acquired shippers Build and retain relationships with developing accounts Use past experiences to service customer’s wants, qualifying them to identify their needs Be proactive in solving common issues and be able to easily adapt to any situations that may present themselves Build and retain relationships with carriers maintaining positive relationships Gain up-to-date personal knowledge of market freight rates to determine market fluctuations Bring a level of excitement and professionalism to the workplace!
