About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business and grow existing accounts across southern Texas. This role focuses on selling CABINET VISION Software and ALPHACAM Software, industry-leading solutions for cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, and CNC machining operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B software sales and understands manufacturing workflows, woodworking, cabinetry, or CNC environments. This is a remote position requiring residency in Texas and the ability to travel within the region as needed.
Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting cabinet manufacturers, woodworking shops, millwork companies, and CNC machining operations
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations of CABINET VISION and ALPHACAM software
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Collaborate with technical support and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM documentation
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience (software sales preferred)
Experience selling into manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or CNC industries strongly preferred
CABINET VISION or ALPHACam software experience preferred
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software solutions is a plus
Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
Ability to manage a sales territory independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Willingness to travel within Texas (approximately 25-40%)
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
