What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Solicit orders and sell Medtronic spinal products while maintaining awareness of local competitive conditions
Manage and track inventory, including consignments and loaners, while ensuring minimal non-usage and flight usage
Provide territory case coverage and manage accounts within the assigned region
Prepare and submit call reports as required and maintain up-to-date customer records
Resolve customer complaints and recommend product modifications in accordance with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant sales or clinical experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; or
Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel and meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in operating room settings or with Ortho, Spine, or O.R. procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities and work schedules
Previous experience with Medtronic products or in similar roles
