What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Solicit orders and sell Medtronic spinal products while maintaining compliance with company policies
Manage and track consignment and loaner inventory, ensuring minimal usage levels
Provide territory case coverage and manage customer accounts effectivelyPrepare and submit required call reports to the District Sales Manager
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities while addressing any customer complaints in accordance with company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
Associate's Degree and 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
Bachelor's Degree
Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel and interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in an operating room setting or familiarity with Ortho, Spine, or O.R. practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to accommodate a varying work schedule
Previous experience with Medtronic products or services
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customer bases
