Job Responsibilities
Manage and track consignment and loaner inventory for spinal products
Provide territory case coverage and manage accounts within the assigned region
Solicit orders from current and prospective customers while identifying new sales opportunities
Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales ManagerResolve customer complaints and recommend product modifications as necessary
Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or Associate's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in the same fields; or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel and engage in physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an operating room setting or with orthopedic/spinal products
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
Previous experience with Medtronic products or services
Familiarity with sales practices in the medical device industry
