What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Maintain, manage, and track consignments and loaner inventory
Provide territory case coverage and manage accounts in the assigned region
Aggressively solicit orders from current and prospective customers for assigned products
Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager
Resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and recommend product adjustments
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Must possess a valid driver's license and have an active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Ortho, Spine, or operating room settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals
