Our goal is simple: bring the real-world activity of communities onto a platform designed specifically for them.
We currently have:
✔ MVP approximately
95% built
iOS and Android apps
in late-stage testing
Launch partners
in the college and resort sectors
A defined
revenue model based on subscriptions, advertising, and revenue sharing
We are now preparing for
initial launch and early community onboarding.
The Role We are looking for a
Community Partnerships & Campus Outreach Lead
to help introduce Venue to colleges and real-world communities as we launch.
This role focuses on relationship building and community onboarding, not social media marketing.
You will work directly with the founder and help shape how Venue launches across its first communities and campuses.
What You’ll Do Your work will focus on helping real communities begin using Venue.
Responsibilities include:
Reaching out to
colleges, student organizations, and campus activity coordinators
Building relationships with
community administrators, event organizers, and program managers
Helping partner communities
onboard events and programming onto the platform
Identifying and contacting
decision makers through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels
Coordinating with early partner communities during launch to drive activity and engagement
Providing
market feedback and user insights
directly to the founder and engineering team
This role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial — focused on
real outreach, real partnerships, and real adoption .

Compensation This is an early‑stage
equity‑first role
designed for someone who wants to help bring a new platform to market and participate in its long‑term growth.
Equity 1.0% equity (total)
Equity will vest over
48 months
under a standard startup vesting schedule with a
6-month cliff :
No equity vests during the first
6 months
0.125% vests at the 6‑month mark
The remaining
0.875% vests monthly over the following 42 months
This structure ensures long‑term alignment while recognizing meaningful contribution after the initial milestone period.
Early Cash Participation As Venue begins generating subscription revenue from partner communities, the role may also receive
cash compensation tied to early traction and onboarding activity .
This may include:
Launch bonuses
tied to successful onboarding of partner communities
Performance‑based incentives
tied to early adoption milestones
Participation in
revenue generated from early partner communities
Specific incentive structures will be defined as the platform begins onboarding communities and generating subscription revenue.
Role Progression The expected progression for this role is:
Phase 1 – Pre‑launch / Early adoption
Equity‑based
Flexible schedule
Focus on community partnerships and onboarding early adopters
Phase 2 – Post‑launch traction
Transition to
salary + equity
as Venue reaches defined revenue or funding milestones
Expanded responsibility across partnerships, community growth, and platform expansion
