We are seeking an experienced
Senior Analyst, Salesforce
who will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce CRM platform. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about streamlining our business processes, enhancing customer engagement strategies, and driving overall operational efficiency using Salesforce. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in technical Salesforce expertise, leadership skills, and strategic business insight. Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Flows is a must. This role will report to the Associate Director of Business Systems and will be a San Diego based role.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Implementation and management of CRM systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce or equivalent expertise in similar business systems
Utilizes BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau)
Lead Salesforce functionalities and best practices
Proven ability in project management and leading teams
Manage complex Salesforce integrations and customizations
Lead/Manage a group of offshore support consultants including delegating work and checking quality
Create roadmap planning/consulting with business users in order to configure the system features/functions to fit requirements
Document processes, user guides, and system configurations
Education and Experience
Prefer Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or commensurate experience
Prefer Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder)
8+ years of professional experience, with a focus on IT and business systems
5+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce, or commensurate experience in similar business applications
Proven experience in creating Salesforce Flows
Proven expertise in leading and managing teams including external consultants, particularly in a Salesforce environment
Physical Requirements
Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20 pounds

Domestic travel up to 10% or as needed

Base Compensation Pay Range
$105,000 - $137,000
In addition to base compensation noted above, you will be eligible for stock options, discretionary annual bonus, no-cost health insurance plans, 401k with company match, and flexible paid time off.
