Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain multi-year roadmap for data capabilities, analytics solutions, and AI/ML adoption
- Lead enterprise-wide data maturity and foster a data-driven culture
- Lead enterprise analytics and BI capabilities including dashboards, reporting, and self‑service tools
- Develop analytics solutions supporting operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions
- Lead AI/ML strategy and enterprise capability development
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI/ML use cases with clear business value
- Build, lead and develop a high‑performing data, analytics, and AI team
- Manage department budgets and vendor relationships
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or related technology leadership
- 5+ years leading data/analytics teams and organizations
- Track record delivering business value through analytics and AI
Preferred Certifications
- Databricks certifications
- Azure Data certifications
- AI/ML certifications
Competitive Compensation
We provide market‑driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $215,000.00 - $255,000.00, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 30% Annual.
