High Ticket Appointment Setter (3k–10k Offers)

We’re hiring a full-time High Ticket Appointment Setter with proven experience booking qualified sales calls for offers priced at $3,000+ in coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses.

This is NOT a call center role, customer support position, virtual assistant job, or entry-level sales position.

If your background is limited to scripted call centers or low-ticket products, do not apply .

We are looking for someone who can operate in a performance-driven, high-pressure sales environment and consistently deliver high-quality booked calls for our sales team.

What This Role Requires

You must be able to:

• Follow proven sales scripts while adapting to real conversations
• Properly qualify leads before booking calls
• Manage a fast-moving pipeline without hand-holding
• Respond quickly and consistently during EST hours
• Book qualified, high-intent calls , not just fill calendars

Ideal Background

The ideal candidate has real experience setting appointments for high-ticket offers using:

• Instagram DMs
• Skool
• Email
• GoHighLevel or similar CRMs

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects using proven scripts and booking criteria
• Book calls directly into the sales calendar
• Manage CRM (GoHighLevel) including follow-ups, no-shows, and reactivations
• Maintain high show rates through structured follow-up
• Work closely with the sales team to hit daily booking KPIs

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Fluent, clear English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience booking calls for high-ticket offers ($3,000+)
• Experience working with coaching, consulting, or service-based funnels
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) consistently
• Strong discipline with KPIs, scripts, and follow-ups
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel strongly preferred)

• Experience with American credit or funding offers
• Previous work with high-performance sales teams
• Strong understanding of qualification, urgency, and objection handling
• Familiarity with Instagram engagement tools

Compensation

• Total potential earnings: $3,000+ USD/month
• Base pay: $1,000 USD/month (based on experience)
• Commission: $1,000+ USD/month (performance-based)
• Performance bonuses for exceeding booking targets
• Growth path into Senior Setter or Closer roles

Work Schedule
