What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs across various solution domains, including infrastructure, cloud, and security
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and success criteria for large-scale initiatives
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams for program execution and delivery quality
- Provide technical guidance and mentor delivery leaders to elevate enterprise delivery standards
- Promote modern delivery approaches and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale, complex technology programs or transformation initiatives
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience across modern platforms, infrastructure, cloud, or software systems
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams across multiple technology domains
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and customer-facing stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation programs
- Background in cloud, data, security, platform engineering, or digital transformation initiatives
- Consulting, services, or customer delivery experience
- Experience operating in large, matrixed enterprise environments
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant industry certifications
